The industrial-grade national standard for polyaluminum chloride is currently GB/T22627-2022. This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of water treatment agent polyaluminum chloride. Suitable for industrial water supply, wastewater and sewage and sludge treatment with polyaluminium chloride.
This document supersedes GB/T22627-2014. Except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
Normative references are changed;
Added terms and definitions;
Increased raw material requirements;
Increase the density and ammonia nitrogen indicators, change some technical indicators; increase the density of the determination method;
The determination method of iron content-spectrophotometry is added; the determination method of ammonia nitrogen content is added.
Sensory requirements:
Liquid products: colorless to yellow or tan liquid, no odor.
Solid products: white to yellow or tan granules or powder.
Raw material requirements:
Production of water treatment agent polyaluminum chloride hydrochloric acid raw materials should be preferred to meet the provisions of GB/T320 industrial synthetic hydrochloric acid, such as the use of hazardous waste as raw materials, should obtain the approval of the relevant departments, in line with the relevant laws and regulations of the state.
